Project type: Design competition (2023) *Winner*
Challenge: Create a logo and packaging design for olive oil under the name Napoil
Approach: The brief only mentioned key ingredients such as garlic and chilli with a loose colour pallet (green, white and red for the italian flag) with a preference for illustrative and vibrant designs. I chose to focus on a more retro approach using 70's italian design as a reference point as well as images of italy during this time period to correspond with the packaging. Chunky type to boot which incorporates the central olive imagery and cheeky mascots referencing 70s packaging.
